We're joined by David Heinemeier Hansson (DHH) -- creator of Ruby on Rails, founder and CTO of Basecamp. He’s also a best-selling author who co-wrote Rework, amongst other titles, and in his spare time he also drives race cars. DHH talks about open source branding, how to get a remote job, why meetings suck, and whether he'd rather be a programmer or a race car driver.
