Self-validation.

I'm not the kind who got intrigued by coding and started exploring it. I did not even study computer science in school. I mostly taught myself how to code from various sources after I got into college and till date I feel highly under-confident in a group of devs because I perpetually keep thinking I'm not as good as them. So the biggest challenge I have faced and continue to face is constantly putting myself down (in my head) even when I know I'm fairly good at what I know.

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement @Condor 😊

I completely agree with what you said. Even my college has teachers who are incompetent and absolutely not willing to look past the ages old syllabus which is not even updated btw -.- Boring assignments and no creative approach to teach. Some of them literally just come and read out the PPT's in lectures. Don't even get me started on this. Pfft.

But this is so good to hear! Kudos to you for taking the right decision. I don't know your story and I'm definitely curious. It'd be nice if you could link me to a rant where you've already explained stuff? Would save you the effort to type as well :)
