Hello,
would you like to marry me ?
My cats may eat your cat, but that's another discution. -
They are kinda overpriced if I look at XMG I can get similar or even the same hardware for much less
-
Had an Alienware for 6+ years (still do but it's my secondary now) and absolutely loved it. Half dev machine, half gaming.
10/10 would buy again. -
I would say they do justify the price :D powerful workstation that doubles as a gaming laptop, what is not to love?
Congrats on the nice purchase! everyone i know that has one still has it working just fine. Personally I have a gaming ASUS computer (ROG model series) that works like a charm and has not given me any issues at all -
@NoToJavaScript Beat me to it. I don’t have killer cats though. So I think I have a better chance. Here’s to hope! 🥂

@NoToJavaScript My cat only exists in my avatar :( When I get over my commitment issues, I might get a real cat though
-
@BobbyTables This is going to be my 3rd beastie. Super useful when I need some "muscle" for rendering/simulation/CV algos.
-
@AleCx04 I assume if you assemble it on your own you can get it for way cheaper.
I recently donated my previous Alienware - it was 6+ years old, and started having severe issues with the battery and cooling.

Just ordered a new (well, not the newest) Alienware laptop. I know it doesn't really justify the price, but I'm such a fan-girl.....
