b2plane6083325dOf course its normal. The boss worked his life off to build a company so you slaves can buy food. The boss then deserves to be the dictator if he wants to. Including getting his seed to work at his company so his seed (son) can inherit it. The boss is the boss. So it doesnt matter if his seed is slacking at work or not, he will inherit the bosses company anyways. You are not his seed so you must work under extreme pressure like a slave as a punishment for not starting your own business
Do you understand? -
We3D2636325dI don't have a son, I don't care 'bout inheritance or such... and even if I do some day I'll treat him as any other in my corporation, so no slacking for nobody, only work 4 d slaves... they r not cheap u know ;}

formatc133323dI get there's a biological imperative at play, and one instance was ceo other was a head of software, neither one started the respective companies. I just think the hypocrisy is absurd, to cultivate a good work ethic and yet have the glaring omission. And my own feelings aside, this is not exactly teaching the next generation to be hard working and as capable as their parents. Being handed a job without wanting it or earning it. Smh

I've worked in two different companies where the QA department includes the boss's son who is a moody teenager and doesn't seem to actually do much, but is presumably drawing a salary. In the first case he would literally fall asleep at his desk while the rest of us were under pressure to hit deadlines, is this normal?
