I really hate the idea of people having to beg, play games, and trick their way into getting a fair salary. Just set a decent salary and let everyone know upfront. That way, people can decide if they want to apply or not. I mean, why do employers try to pay the least possible? Let's be open and fair and take the anxiety out of this whole thing.

Yk Javascript is both the best and worst langauge. Best language because it can be on the browser, mobile devices and on the server. Its the worst language because of its weak typing and no runtime typesafety along with several other weird stuff, it also may not be the best choice for utilizing multiple cores on the cpu but thats rarely an issue i need to address.

Ive been using typescript + zod validation library to address weak typing and no runtime typesafety and it feels good plus i work with serverless mostly so i dont need to worry about cpu issues. I just wish i was using something that wasnt being transpiled.
