Virtual cinema ,watch movie synchronously

Description

Little application based on socket.io , watch movie together , i will do all back-end stuff , just need front-end , with this application u can watch movie with ur friends , so u can create any room , just type anything in url after "room/" and join in this room with friends, if u pause the video it will be also paused at ur friends screen

Interesting, is it going to work with streaming platform (like netflix, there is netflix party already but nothing "cross Platform")?
If you can consider react I can give a hand on front end 😄

There are sites out there like this, for example, take a look at rabb.it. Their solution was to provision VMs for each virtual room where the only app was a fullscreen web browser, which works pretty well. Oh and by the way, they use linux :)

checkout togetherjs from mozilla, they have an example project like this but only for youtube videos
