Had some interviews with some companies around. At this point, even though I’ve been a Machine Learning Engineer for 7+ years now. I’m convinced that 90% of companies that claim to be “AI-Powered” just means that they use python for their backend.

Or they've integrated to chatgpt for their website's help chat bot

Main problem with AI is that most really are unsure of how to capitalize on it.

To little and you get left behind, to much and it can land you in real legal trouble.

We have those discussions in the company, where do we dare try it?

Currently its only on suggestions to users with some more traditional customer product recommendations.

For the really powerful things, you have the bet, early bird gets the worm or second mouse gets the cheese.

Which case will this be ;)

@sleepyObjobjobj Hard to do when the ”app” is just one part of your retail business ;)

And since we are in the pharmaceutical business there are a lot of rules snd obligations even IF we build and sell.

And I prefer to not sell snake oil, I leave that to those without a conscience.
