You ever just get constantly shit on by life, work, and everything for weeks and then, one day, it finally just turns around for the better. After that, you finally feel normal again. Probably all the Christmas cookies I’ve been eating… In the words of forest gump, “I’m so happy I could bust!”

Maybe invest time in journalling and see if you spot a trend or pattern?

Also note: cis men have hormone cycles too

@MammaNeedHummus yeah fs I’m quite well aware of why my mood shifts but I choose to not disclose. Also, where did you hear about this male hormonal shift? I am hesitant to believe that’s true. Hormones can vary based on external factors like diet and sleep, but I wasn’t aware of any intrinsic cycles in males besides puberty and normal aging.

Unless you do bad things TM (drug abuse, THC, binge eating, and so on and so on..) hormone level should be fairly constant, extremely slow decreasing after 40.

Never mind I want to not be alive yet again lol - reality is not even real - just a swampy haze where we don’t even really know what is happening. Lost puppies with no teet to latch onto.

I just know life being shit. The turning around doesn't really happen without shit attached to it for me. ☚ī¸

@NoMad it sounds patronizing but it’s truly about perception and fighting to remain optimistic I’ve realized
