Bad manager correct. There should be at least a simple project plan with dates and deliverables. People should be held accountable.

Will do! And I agree the design guy is the only one of his kind lol so everything gets tossed on his plate, when the director constantly comes over and says stop working on that I need you to do this asap lol so it's not really his fault :/

However the director doesn't skip a beat asking me the progress every day lol

I wish I was a designer so I could finish designs 1 day before the deadline and pass it to the devs with 1 day to complete. even though I've had weeks to do it, it's still technically done before the deadline. so all the stress and blame goes to the dev

Mechanical build get 4 weeks, electrical build get 1 week 4 days and 6 hours software get 2 hours
