1.5 hours of my afternoon was spent on the phone talking my grandad through forwarding an email today.

I love old people who are using technology. I will NEVER flip on an elderly person who can't understand something simple within technology.

I realize they could be technology hating grouches who refuse to adjust to the times. But instead, they are trying to adapt and keep up with the times.

I agree. He would love to be able to do this himself and thinks he's bothering me by asking me to help, but I really don't mind.

@daegontaven yeah I tried that but unfortunately he's using a mobile data dongle and has a crap signal so it just disconnects after 10 seconds. At least he (hopefully) knows how to do this in the future now...
