@dfox
Would it be possible to extend the shop with a perl rubber duck? I feel left alone as one of the few perl coders here... everyone seems to be using php and python etc.
I'd probably be willing to pay more

    @ThatDude and here I am thinking why are people not using more Perl? Shit is powerful and frameworks like perl dancer make web devel a breeze. Sadly I have never been able to work with it professionally. It aint as bad as most make it out to be really :(

    You poor soul.

    I think thats more @trogus than @dfox (by the way @s dont work in the rant) but the issue tracker on github could be even better.

    @Bitwise no I'm working for another company in germany :p and I'm sure you don't want to be hired here to be totally honest

    But I am in fact currently working on a game that's completely written in perl in my free time.

    We went by the number of people who had a language listed in their profile skills. Sadly, with our current highly manual fabrication process, covering all languages is not feasible. If I can streamline our process more, might be able to expand the variety, but probably not soon

    @trogus would it be possible to let people type in any language name as plain text? the shirt designs aren't individual anyway, so this might work .

    @ac1235 the avatar shirts are certainly much easier to add variations than the duck capes. The reason for not being super comprehensive there was about cluttering the shirt listing with dozens of shirts in the various colors. Instead I designed a system for the shirts where only the base colors are in the main listing and then you pick the the graphic element (language) in another screen. It will allow a lot more variations for shirts once it gets built

    How about a brainfuck rubber duck with plus-signs as eyes and an "v" (like a >) as a mouth?
