I think everyone has had at least one of those, thinking something about technology/a certain technology thingy and appearing to be completely wrong years and years later.

In my case: I thought (like 5-8 years ago) that there wouldn't ever be better touchscreens than apple devices had.
Man was I wrong!

When touchscreens first started to appear on phones and stuff, I thought it would just be a temporary fad that would be gone in a few years. "There's no way this is more practical than physical buttons" I thought.

I never thought windows could be worth than Vista... Old on a second I got the rant wrong I think 🤔

For me it's more about the size of memory support. Every now and then I'm amazed on how small memory support can become compared to the amount you can store... To the point where I lost a micro SD for 5 days after sneezing too hard. 🙄

I thought I'd never spend money on anything digital. That's also when I discovered bitcoin, which then costed less than 2 USD.

10 yrs ago when the first iPhone came out the guy at the next desk phone kept buzzing every 5 secs. When I asked what it was he said it was app called Twitter where you answered the question 'What ate you doing right now?'

I thought that would stupid and never take off.
