Anyone here old enough to remember a subscription shareware service called “Big Blue Disk”?

    No, Im not that old though, at least for that, but old compared to what it seems to be the majority of users here that seems to be downright underage, my oldest memory related to that type of thing were old AOL disks coming in the newspaper with free Internetz hours

    Rarely share the discs with others. Just like a condom, blueray are literally a single usage for me. Copied to my hard disk and share through it. 😁

    Aw, man, I really am older than y’all. These disks came in the mail every couple of weeks. The big floppy disks that held next to nothing. You’d pop it in, wait for the grinding noises to stop and then you’d have access to all kinds of games, office software, utilities, and tons of other stuff. They were what got me into programming at 13 because I wanted to make games and utilities. See https://archive.org/details/...

    @stackodev I never had something like that, but U did buy some games to my spectra video 328 that came on a 90 min cassette ;)
