Demolishun34670264dWhen we had 60Hz CRT monitors we had deterministic annoying screen flickering.

netikras34712264d@Demolishun for a split second my chrome's address bar appears in the middle of the screen, sometimes at the bottom. Sometimes a few times a second, sometimes once every 2-5sec. Sometimes only part of the horizontal line is displaced [usually right part of the screen]. I don't think we had these with crts :/
