Java is love. Java is life. Java is coffee! Who doesn't love coffee? Gentle with the apprentice, powerful with the master. Few breaking changes, mature frameworks for any use, as wide of a hardware support as you can get.
Btw you can have python running on the JVM and be able to import Java classes.

Srsly? Java with no mention is the king of OOP and its fun if you love OOP btw keeping aside all the retarted side effects. Python is easy and its cool. Btw we also have Kotlin to consider while talking about Java vs Python.
