In my office I've made a habit of changing the desktop background of anyone who leaves thier workstation unlocked to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic to encourage good data security.

It's working.

I like that. Unlocked desktops are a major security risk. I see it in many companies.

Of all the kids shows one might have to endure I got to say MLP is actually one of the bearable. But I nevertheless get how this strategy pays of :)

Don't be a dick to your colleagues. They choose to trust the people in the same office. Don't poison your work environment.

next time make a script that applies it at every unlock :D

@noda you can't trust everyone in your corporate environment. We have contract cleaners, maintenance people, clients. They should not see who we work for unless that client says so.
It's about respecting your clients privacy, and your own liability.
