    I remember seeing it as entry question for job application.

    Wonder how many actually failed it.

    @R1100 ahhhh
  • 3
    @lotd What? How can you answer this correctly?
  • 3
    @Andi to be or not to be.
  • 5
    True.
  • 4
    @lotd Oh you just meant understanding it. I thought you mean the answer to the question to be or no... you get my point...
  • 3
    @Andi mmh. In the context of a job application, I'd answer: Yes. I am to be your next hire.

    Or something like that. gotta be aggressive and steadfast.

    Someone help me to understand this picture

    @devlife to be = 2b
    || = or
    !2b = not to be.
    if you were seriously asking

    Can someone name a language where that would actually be correct syntax?
  • 1
    Not exactly
    1 || 0
    Thats the question

    @7400 the number at the front of the variable name makes it invalid in all the languages I can think of, but the statement as a whole if valid should just be replaced with 'true'.
  • 1
    @hexc Yes, that's my point. I was interested if there are languages allowing numbers in the front. At the moment, I can only think of Forth, but pretty much everything can be made valid syntax there.

    I had commented this on some other rant but since this is the context
