I'm not really interested in changing my job, so I can afford to imagine this is an opinionated mess without a clear structure, with the boss being unhappy about you doing things differently and no processes in place. Depends a lot on the attitude of the CEO though – if you have free reigns to do things differently and you're okay without solid team structure, it could also be fun.

idk sounds better than it was written by 8 developers all of which quit after a few months, and also in sequence therefore they never talked to one another and the codebase is schizophrenic frustration fuel
