And of course we all know the truth, any feedback to a large company goes to the trash unless your name is Mass Media

@billgates ya that makes sense but it doesn't usually go like that. From my experience as Product Expert in one of google product, frustrated complainers get ignored all the time. Nobody wants to be on the end of dealing with negative energy.

But in your case, since it is a feedback, you can't even know if anybody seen this feedback.

Also, I think, for a large company like google, they only make keyword cloud from feedbacks to get summary on popular issues.

Atleast, that's what Microsoft does with their Windows 10 feedbacks.
