@calmyourtities yes, it does. I’ve used it in the past. I’ve switched over to the brave browser. No such plugin needed. It maintains a list of trackers and blocks them for you.

@abhishekb Firefox Focus is also great on mobile. It actually calls what it blocks trackers. Most people don't care about ads I think. They care about the tracking that comes with them.

@mzeffect On the contrary. Most people care about ads but not about tracking. It might be different in this community though, but most people may want to use the web without getting annoyed.

I recommend privacy badger. That's a browser plugin by the EFF which blocks only trackers and recognizes them automatically.

I'm not advocating this kind of business model in the first place, just trying to think like these companies obviously do. I'm sure they have a lot of data analysts to figure out the sweet spot of an annoyance level that is most profitable.
