i get it why servers bind to 0/0. I don'g get it why clients connect to _world_ when they rly mean _loclhost_. Esp when support for this loopback is inconsistent -

What's this new trend with connecting to 0.0.0.0...? Since when is 127.0.0.0/8 no longer enough?
Does 0/0 offer to the clients smth 127/8 doesn't?
