Homework is stupid.

Schools force you to show up way earlier than anyone wants to wake up, trap you in horribly boring classrooms, and force you to sit still for hours and hours listening to lectures straight out of incredibly boring textbooks. No creativity, no exercise, nothing to make subjects interesting or useful. This is literally the worst way to learn.

After you're finally free of this prison of boredom, you get to go home and subject yourself to homework. You could be learning how to do something you enjoy, but instead you're forced to endure more of the same drudgery, which is often designed to teach via repetition more than anything else.

All of this makes people hate school, and by extension, learning.
