Good!

Bit of a double edged sword, really. Sites won't just disappear, but the people who run them will end up facing much more significant consequences. That's fine if there's a way to pay for the channel and the site is ripping it off, but when the channel isn't legitimately available the dynamic, in my opinion, changes.
