Let's make it clear once and for all: 60% of Belgium is Dutch speaking. So stop setting my language automaticly to French because of my country! 😡

Whenever I encounter a website that does this, I tend to look for another site that either understands Accept-Language headers or knows the above fact.

Yes, I'm looking at you Ubisoft store! But there are many more of these !#@% websites out there!

    Fucking eBay. Set to English in preferences, login is in French which sends me to English after logging in where I log in again which might or might not to English or fail.

    Some pages are 'required' to do so...
    Ex client of mine wanted to enforce the currency based on where you register/view the site from.. First, not so much a problem, but the second.. o.O

    Concerning the language; most browsers actually tell the site what language is currently set for the user... But sadly the majority of developers just ignore this and track your location and set the language depending on that, which is kinda fucked up. Think of visitors in another country for example..
