Could someone tell me where actually does the document, images ,etc stored (path) when u download to ur phone!

I always find alert dailog box saying in ur gallery, but it's not there.
Once I found a file with different name(generated by some prg) that I downloaded in some path

@Nawap it should be in Telegram folder right in root folder of your phone. Try open it using file manager.

That's the place I found that sent file in wierd name
