morgh6828yWhere you from? Are there no junior openings in your area?
If not, you could try a recruiter. -
@morgh FL, there are "junior" ads but they are all from 1 to 3 years. some "associate" or "entry level" but few and far between. I'm trying to meet with a recruiter later this week, cheers!

morgh6828y@TonySnark Have you done any interviews yet? I don't know if it's the case in the states, where I'm from there's a shortage of devs. People get jobs quiet easily.
Also be weary of recruiters, they can be quite agressive and dishonost. Consult the internet/reddit on how to deal with them.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes :) -
@morgh no interviews for any sort of coding position yet. so I took the helpdesk gig for whiskey money :D

Started out in help desk and found ways to code / script solutions.
Got noticed by a company needing a QA with dev experience and we took a chance on each other. launched pretty well from there.
Never stop coding if you enjoy it.
