    Did you actually buy them all ? I find them really expensive... I never tried CLion because of that, even if i liked IDEA (which is free)...

    @Valou3433 @ramen I used student license

    I buy one. Platform. It earns it self back pretty quickly.

    If I save working 1 hour of work each 3 months its already worth it.

    I prefer netbeans over jetbrains products.

    There, I said it.

    @7root Yes, I am one :)

    @ChachiKlaus never used vs, sorry

    Well, in my opinion, if anything has smart auto complete, and good build tools, I'd prefer that over a clunky IDE

    Jetbrains is love as long as you are okay with paying for it for the rest of your life.

    Missing Rider and PyCharm in your Collection but yes, Jetbrains is love <3

    You can get their whole suite for free if you work on an open source project btw.

    Pycharm is missing in action...

    Where's the toolbox? 😜

    I wonder why you need webstorm and phpstorm. Never used jetbrains product anyway

    I think the jetbrains products are good at what they do. But for me they are simply too clunky. A heavy modded vscode does a way better job for me.

    Nice, my next billing date is today actually,
    only 189€ this time.

    Have been using it, bur man I miss my vim+command line work flow

    Where Visual studio?

    Pretty sure PHPstorm is webstorm with additional features? Why have both?
  • 1
    @chrisrhymes They are all the same product with different feature sets enabled.

    also missing DataGrip

    @chrisrhymes WS has a better support for js, PS is the only Jetbrains IDE which supports PHP

    @moses I use IJ for Python :P

    @linuxxx no I disagree with the most famous person on devRant.

    They kinda got the same features but for PHP in my experience PHPStorm does it better and with less memory.

    I got a laptop called frankentop its build out of hardware my clients threw away. Running Ubuntu. But it runs PHPStorm okay and it crashes on netbeans.

    And okay its the monster of frankenstein. But still:)

    @MisterArie That's fine haha! That's what opinions are for.

    I'm just not comfortable with working with css so I'm sticking to netbeans ;)
