Just getting consistent, plentiful sleep every night fixed 99% of my problems

    I'm completely insensitive for that. I can stay awake endlessly but shouldn't / when long awake I get stupid and then there's nothing else to do than sleeping anyway.

    I had a period that I did swim before work, that was amazing time. Every time walking in the office you're sharp as a katana and fully awake while your coworkers are still waking up. A good start in the morning can fix the whole day.
