    last year i saw a 10 year+ android development experience hiring. i checked recently and they are still hiring

    Actually, what the fuck they are expecting?
    Android is changing rapidly, so 5 years xp and 2 years xp are equal nowadays.
    Yeah, you can try to write code as it is for Android <5 but that won't work in bunch of cases
