    @gitpush Yes, i had to replace the DC in port. Dell couldn't let me do it and had to send a technician to perform the repair (to keep my warranty active) and the fucker ofc cracked my palmrest.

    @gitpush no, I was out of office when this happened and the receptionist signed the certificate. Luckily, we have "accidental damage" assurance so we are covered. My Dell representative is taking care of the issue, but probably this authorised repairer won't have consequences since the receptionist signed without checking

    @DuckyMcDuckFace I know, never had any issue with actual Dell support. Sometimes their authorised centres and repairmen leave to be desired.

    @Snatched that was a close call, but also the technician is to blame because he did not mention it, even though she should have checked first, but there should be sense of responsibility from his side too
