Startfresh - common portal for start ups and freshers to collaborate

Description

It's been a problem since now as freshers are struggling getting jobs where startups are finding hard to find good skilled people in their budget. So the idea is basically to be executed at different colleges, universities, etc. where startups and freshers can collaborate on a common forum.
