@flipflop It's not "totally pointless" when quite literally ever single one of your friends (and peers in general) have it. Easy way to contact them or just to keep up with what they're doing.

@Pavr I'm 18 so it's more like videos of them at concerts and parties.
But as I also said, i use it to talk to them. I don't talk to most of them frequently enough to validate having their phone number saved.
Also, talking to them is hard (assuming you meant in person) when we all spit and wind up at colleges across the entire state, some even going out of state. -
@Pavr It's stalking if you use the map to keep up with their location multiple times a day.
If they feel the need to share it publicly, then it's not really stalking.
I also like it for major sports events. It has stories where snaps at the location are all compiled together. Gives you a view from the stadium and a feel for how the crowd is, since the cameras tone the crowd volume down a lot.
So apparently somone put Snapchat's iOS source code on github. I love the capitals in this DMCA notice like SH...
Snapchat is a piece of shit app. My phone (Moto G5 Plus) is far from spectacular, but ive never used an app that freezes and crashes more than that piece of shit app.
If they'd take Apple's dick out their mouth for a week and work on making the app less shitty for Android, that'd be fucking awesome. Or ya know...stop making some good awful update that looks like shit and fix the fucking app first.
