If it hasn't a README, its not opensource! Just because you put it on Github doesn't mean people can use it...

    Open Source means the source is open to read and use. It doesn't mean it's easy or useful.

    That's simply not true though. Opensource doesn't denote documentation, a read me, or even working code to begin with, just that it's freely available at the source code level with no need to purchase.

    Sure, it's nice if it has a readme, but if someone gives you a car for free and it doesn't come with a manual, it's still a car.
