Getting along woth my incompetent boss. I have 4 bosses and 3 of them are great, 1 of them got an email from me this morning detailing why he stresses me out and was the reason my predecessor quit.

Not apologizing for any of his errors but still showing professional respect. We're all fucking human, so I just let him know how we can avoid this in the future.
