Stress has always been my biggest problem in development. The constant imposter syndrome when I get a project from the team is something that I can't seem to get over.

It never really goes away, you just get more confident in admitting what you know and what you don’t, and that it’s possible you don’t know you don’t know.

That’s been the biggest saving grace in my career.

Learning to say “I don’t know” is incredibly powerful.

Even more so: “I don’t know... but I’ll try”
