- Etc etc

@DarKneT In my company, we take serious about these question as long as they willing to pay (charge by every 15mins)

There is a "Facebook manager" position in the parent company.

Of course, WordPress manager is another position.

@DarKneT my company requires users to fill out a tech support form before it ever comes to me. Questions on it include: "What have you tried?' and 'Have you googled it?' and 'What do you expect to happen?'

It's become my safety shield whenever someone pings me out of the blue. I point back to the form and run away.
