I am working as a junior in a company that pays me minimum wage and doesn't give a single fuck about my existence.
"Change the job", you say?
Well, that's what I am trying to do for, like, 3rd month now. No one wants to invest into junior...

Every day I go to work with thoughts about quitting, but I need a job... Even if it's like this...

I mean, I am SUPER motivated to learn, but university only takes useful time from me and it is pretty hard to learn things on your own :/

@Floydian are you saying you can't find another job as a senior? You must be joking. Or do you mean you're looking for a junior dev job (vs tester)?

@Floydian interesting, can you tell us more your situation?

@Floydian thanks for sharing, I guess you have to compromise: you either want a high salary or a good workplace.

@williamdyer I was in similar position and was really shty, at one point i focused on my development and moved work/life balance to life side to keep sane :D soon after i got new position. so keep calm and remember - it always could be worse :D

@Floydian small companies tend to not have (or are not willing to have) a budget for testers. I guess this means you're stuck with big companies.

Maybe there's a way you can move to a dev job internally? I've met a c# dev who started as a tester. He works for Onepoint in Paris.

@Floydian I thought remembering you said sth about wanting to become a dev in another thread. I guess I'm mistaken. Anyway, all the luck!
