If you guys want some motivational coding music, try this. These guys are absolutely amazing. A treat to the ears.

Nice. But I like something not quite as insistent when coding, for example the brilliant Polish band "Riverside", (n.b. sings in English), or the band "Anathema", or perhaps "Omnia" for some great pagan folk rock.

    Check them out!

I find Intervals to be like a fine wine. Sure they started off good but only seem to get better with age.

    Thanks for the suggestion!

@Tonyobyo91 I've got one way off the beaten path for you, maybe too heavy, but Vildjharta is also great. Dark, but great.

I've listened to them before...very much something I have to be in the right mood for but has its place in time for sure

@sheeponmeth meant to mention the other day...if you like Those 2 artists you mentioned, you might want to check out Anup Sastry, Chimp Spanner, Animals As Leaders, and Periphery. Though I'm sure you've heard of most, if not all, of them

@Tonyobyo91 Yes, I have, they're all amazing musicians. I used to like Periphery a lot, but I'm not a fan of the direction they took after their debut album, but Misha Mansoor should start his own thing, in my opinion. I've listened to the others on occasion, but never really got into them. I've heard Tosin Abasi from Animals as Leaders never misses a note live, though, and I've seen Intervals myself, Aaron Marshall is a guitar god.

Haven't seen intervals...did see Animals open for Circa Survive once. And no, he doesn't miss a note
