I've applied to 50+ position for Data Engineer (6+ YoE in big 4 consultancy, 3 certifications).
Some automatically respond after an hour with an automatic rejection email :
- Switzerland and Germany give personal feedback and mostly is due to location (applying from Europe to Europe) or for language requirements(French, German)
- Italy : Responds when they want and how they want, my salary is already over the median.
They keep looking for a wizard to be paid as junior.
- Other countries : paste and copy
Before the bubble burst I was able to interview greatly and arrive to last rounds with companies abroad.
I would like to relocate away from Italy...
