@NoNameCode I actually found this question on a forum, where the interviewer would give the candidate (full stack dev, in the case) the problem, i.e. "Let's build Twitter v0.1", and pretty much code with them while at the same time gauging their abilities to solve a "real world" problem.

I wouldn't do it as an first interview, probably just get them to describe the basic systems to build it, and if they awnser right the second interview would be an hour to work with them building it.
