Stupid question time:
https://jsfiddle.net/etg6yvc4/

Why is sticky broken on the scroll/navi bar? I've tried making both the header and the bar itself sticky and it still isn't sticky.

    Enabled jQuery: https://jsfiddle.net/etg6yvc4/2/

Other than that, I have no idea what you're talking about

@Kimmax I'm using 1.9.1 for the sake of the demo, but irrespective of that it still wants tae bounce around like a beach ball in the wind.

I might have just figured it out though... brb

    Fuck sake.

Position: Sticky doesn't make something sticky. Position: fixed does that. Position: sticky is for anchoring after scrolls. Fuck sake!

@AlexDeLarge not really. I would have thought that "sticky" would cause an element to remain "stuck" in place, whereas "fixed" would cause an element to retain the same positioning irrespective of other elements.

Bleh. I'm not a web developer, you can probably see why.
