As much as I love using a mechanical keyboard ,I fucking hate the taps it makes when others use it

I want a keyboard with no sound when I am typing. So that I will not bother others 😇

Lol former coworker had blue switches very noisy, could hardly hear on companies crap phones, had to ask him to turn the volume down on this keyboard lol! I ended up getting brown switches myself because they're not as noisy.

@arcadesdude great , never know the colours mattered in terms of noise though

@mac-aga supposedly white, red are quiet, brown is middle then there is blue, black maybe other color switch types. There are YT videos comparing sounds and tactile feedback of the keys or you can find some mech kb friends to test them out.

@mac-aga there are linear, tactile and clicky tactile switches linear and tactile (ex. red and brown) usually don't make any sound apart from the key bottoming out which can be fixed with a pack of silicon "dampening" o-rings that are designed to fix this
