ngl, I'm still giggling about Sam Altman's response about Elon. The delivery was perfect.

    Would they actually pay for it if he would say yes? He paid 44 billion for it. So probably yes.

    I dunno, I would like to buy my favorite platform(dR) too. Pure so I can implement syntax highlighting. I would keep the same moderation as now is the case

    Why do people think Musk is richest in the world. There are Saudi families that control trillions of dollars. They don't advertise at all. Blackrock controls trillions. There are very likely many other families and individuals approach ownership of trillions. They just pay people to keep them out of the news.

    Something fishy is going on at OpenAI. Whistleblowers don't just die. Reminds me of that kid who killed himself at one of the Ivy league colleges. I think maybe someone killed him.

    @NoMad I would love to see Elon buy it and trigger a buncha software devs. Yes, that would be fun. Then he would go through and publicize all the drity laundry.

    @NoMad oh, Elon did also an offer on openai of 97b or so and Altman responded that he's not interested and offered to buy Twitter for 9.7b. Kinda diss.

    I wonder how long is it before everything he touches will inherently become stigmatized and automatically lose users' interest. How long until _anything else_ is considered a better choice that Elon's mantoys
