I think it should be illegal to hire a genius (the likes with a PhD while under 25yrs old) to do this kind of shit. Fuck the stock market that person should be doing something to advance all of us.

@angryMoFo the mythical person they are looking for
1. started their professional development career at 15
2. started their post secondary (PhD track) at 16
hmmmmmmmmmmmm
and this mythical person also has the desire to limit themselves to a shitty desk job for >$80k salary
if this person existed they are probably destined for much greater things -
Mythical? maybe at 25. But it's not entirely relevant. I've seen some documentaries about this industry, one of them which I can't recall the title was about this Russian person with a PhD in physics employed to make software that essentially chase pennies at high frequency.

@angryMoFo they arent actuall fishing for those people, more like highly engaged 24-25 year old with 6 to 9 years. They set the ladders many times way to high.
Just when I thought I'd seen the craziest job ad...
Title: Sr. Lead Data Scientist / Python Developer
Required education: bachelor's in CompSci, Math, etc. PhD preferred (lol)
Required experience: 10+ years in Python development
Other requirements: must be under 25 years of age to qualify for funding from EcoCanada (lmao!!!! y'all trippin)
Who is writing these job ads? I swear they get more insane every day.
