It's a challenge working with people that aren't as competent as yourself. Having another programmer misunderstand some system's design and throw copypasta around; or an artist who wants to chime in on low-level system design. It's hard to communicate not only how things work, but that a person should stick to their designated role and competency - without bruising egos.

    Just.. egos all around.

    I'm just frustrated completely with people's complete inability to be objective. Even while ranting about lack of objectivity, there's a claim against the objectivity of that rant itself 😂
