Which microprocessor is more convenient the i7 8700k or the ryzen 7 1800?

    I know you might think that i rude but im just trying to educate people 😀.

    Microcontroler != CPU

    cpu does all the computation work, math, bit operations + few additional fancy features like encrypring.

    Microcontroler is whole system with cpu (or simple alu), ram, data storage and few io, clocks, fancy devices.
    Its like atmega: core of arduino or (i can be mistaken here) arm in rasberypi.

    I hope you learned something today 😀.

    PS. I would pick intel because of better architecture and future support. Amd was good but only shortly after relase due to low cost. Now inter counterattacked and amd is at tiny bit worse position now. And that is my personal opinion!

    Depends on what you need. Do you want single core performance? Go with Intel. Otherwise AMD. Unless of course you want Intel specific features like thunderbolt.

    @Null-Device Android Emulator's accelerated emulator supports AMD-V on Linux but not on Windows.

    New CPUs from AMD should be coming this month.

    i vote for intel
    but amd is a cheaper $$
    so depends on your needs
