Find a smaller company to work in

What's wrong with big companies ? (new dev looking for advices)

@MeanStreet Nothing wrong per se, but it brings certain work practices, an environment of work... to which I don't adhere (helloooo workplace politics !)

And I just can't involve myself in projects when I can't see any positive effect behind (eg. helping the company make more money instead of having a positive impact on the world)
