Out of morbid curiosity (I did read your previous post), is this not perhaps a simple case of PDF files that were created with Foxit PhantomPDF Editor...? It does allow saving files with some pretty extensive options.

And I know this one I know is a legitimate app. o.O

@ZaLiTHkA I'm well aware. And I honestly have no clue why they are not using that.

@ZaLiTHkA and it's not really my place to tell them they're dumb and should just use the software they already have.

@returningsam, I can relate very well... I sit in a weekly dev meeting where we look at our project plans in Wrike, and then everyone takes notes on their exam pads.. But what do I know, I'm just a software tester. *facepalm*
