This is kind of personal, but I need to share it somewhere, and I feel like this is the only place I can speak without anyone judging me.

Today my doctor told me (after several examinations by several specialised doctors) that I have colon irritabile, that probably roots in some mental issues.

First I gotta fucking schedule every damn thing I eat and make sure I eat 8 meals a day instead of the usual 3, but then eat lesser portions.
I eat pretty healthy anyway, so the food itself is not the issue.
The biggest issue is, that I have to tell my boss, my best friends and so on, so they know why I visit the toilet my often than other people.

I'm so fucking tired of myself and my body. It's just one huge roller coaster, and I fucking hate it :(

    Good luck! Only advice I have: find your inner balance. And yes, I'm still searching for it myself 🙃

    @kgbemployee I'm already working out 4-5 times a week. If not in the gym, then I go for HIIT training. I've been doing that for the past 6 months now. Thanks for the tip though

    Have you tried mindfullness metiditation?
    Sometime ago, i had blood pressure issues (all bcz of work). And it did actually help me a lot.
    Another thing was that, i was quite depressed and anxious, so I tried some magic mushrooms (only once) and PAF, i got better. Is strange, but it does actually help. Look at this => https://theguardian.com/science/...
