    Sounds like my last place. They were getting new clients hand over fist but failed to provide good quality software, more support staff, or even training for the support staff they already had.

    4 of us quit and left within 3 weeks, another 2 moved to another department, and 2 more were waiting to go to another department when I left.

    They ended up firing the support manager, 1 if the team leaders “rapey dean”, and have a backlog of 900+ support tickets.
